This page summarizes what changed in the web app to mirror the mobile app’s workflows, data lifecycle, and user experience.

What changed

Drawer shell navigation: role-aware grouped sections and nested inventory entries.
Inventory-first information architecture: `Orders` now lives under `Inventory` (`/inventory?tab=orders`).
Distribution Centre parity: packing lists -> invoices -> receipts, timeline detail view and analytics.
Invoice Centre parity: invoice statuses, record payment flow (Invoice -> Receipt), timeline + customer receipt printing.
Credit Control parity: aging buckets, bad-debtor flagging, collection flow (Credit -> Receipt), timeline + customer receipt printing.
Procurement / Stock Requests: expanded lifecycle actions (acknowledge + fulfillment date, reject/renew/agree) and tracking timeline.
Session logging: debounced activity counters aggregated to the current session doc.
Notifications alignment: persisted read/unread state and reminder notification queueing from invoice/credit actions.
